Calm Abiding Meditation Classes
Calm Abiding is an ancient form of meditation that has been taught and passed on through out the ages in the Buddhist tradition. This particular teaching comes from the lineage of the Tibetan Nyingma Buddhist Yogis. It is the meditation of natural ease and full awakening. By doing this practice, we can awaken our mind and come to a stablized and peaceful place.
Who can benefit
Both beginners and experienced meditators can benefit equally. It is a simple, yet profound practice that can be done everyday to increase calm, clarity, focus and well being. This has an accumalative benefit for our nervous system and general emotional and physical health.
